Meaford Haven will be part of the little town of Meaford, on Georgian Bay, a place that’s remained unspoiled by development excesses. The town will grow, of course, but in a manner that’s respectful of its history and all the good reasons why people who live in Meaford like it here.

Our piece of Meaford is on a beautiful wooded site that has a lovely little stream running through. Walking trails will take you through the woods to an 18-hole golf course, part of our vision for the ultimate adult lifestyle community.

Meaford Haven is planned to include mid-rise condominiums, apartments, cluster bungalows, retirement residence, a medical centre, and a multi-use clubhouse.

Over the next few months we’ll conduct a series of on-line VIRTUAL FOCUS GROUPS wherein we’ll ask for input on everything from floor plans, to exterior looks, to what the Clubhouse should be like.
