Much of the thinking in this session was inspired by a seventy-one year old lady who is beginning to get serious about her next move. She’s lived in the area for many years, likes it and wants to stay. She once had a farm in theBeaverValley, where she designed her own rather nice farm house, a modest 1,700 sq ft hillside home. She is highly opinionated and has no time for what she calls the “squirrel cages” she’s looked at. She says she wants to move before the bad design of the unit she’s in now becomes un-livable because it’s just not a seniors-friendly design.

Well, this is our chance to get it right the first time, so once again we offer a number of features and thoughts for you to rate according to how you feel they’d influence your decision to live in Meaford Haven.

And bear in mind that the items in this questionnaire apply mainly to the garden homes and condo apartments. The Seniors residence has its own set of special features.

What are your thoughts about the following?:

1. I'm more interested in a small unit than a large one because....

This space is for you to add your thoughts, for instance, what else should be on this list? What have we missed that would make a meaningful difference to you?

Thank you,
